@Anonimis00 There isn’t any, it’s mainly the simple sugar like the ones you put in coffee and chocolate bars.

thats BS? you mean blood sugar? LOL jk

tooloocrew Posted on May 20, 2010 at 3:06 pm

Healthier bread, WHOLE GRAIN not whole wheat but whole grain bread. they usually sell it from like 3-12 grain bread in some markets so thats an option, it actually has a better taste in my opinion since theres flax seeds and oats included, Try it.

ivey1luv Posted on May 20, 2010 at 5:21 pm

I am soo happy I wound this video. I think I have a carb addiction. Some days I can’t function without some kind of bread, and if I’m angry I’ll need it more. How can I fix this problem?

ChemWatcher Posted on May 20, 2010 at 5:41 pm

There are a lot of cereals and other products that claim they are whole grain now. I even seen it corn chips and nothing could be further than the truth. Whole grains once processed are no longer whole – they are processed grains. There is a big difference and the companies advertising this should be sued for false advertising.

@donthaight : You’re only 27 years old (if your profile info is correct). Let’s get an update on your health status when you are 47 or 57.

No, but its way better than no exercise, slow metabolism, and high caloric intake.
