sheesh dont eat more than 1 banana a day. theyre about 90 calories each and prolly count as a carbohydrate
just eat 6 well balinced meals a day with less than 20 perent callories from fat and jog for 20 minutes a day,

i heard it’s because of our villi. we either do not have ‘em or toxic is sticking in-between our villi. thus we need to cleanse ‘em. so now whatever we eat, nothing can be absorbed. nothing at all. that’s why it’s hard for us to gain weight =/

Well, it is ‘eat whatever you want’, but the detailed rules state that you should eat till you are 7/10ths full, which is a proper term used by dietitians (they teach clients to recognise the feeling).
Also, the rules state that exercise everyday is recommended, but not doing so will result in having slower results.
This is more of a lifestyle changer than it is a diet, as most overweight people snack and eat excessively during mealtimes. This diet is just removing the excess.

OMG, another “diet”. Bascially it is giving bad advice. Don’t eat “whatever you want!” Also, no exercise recommendations? You have to combine exercise with any diet to have lasting results.
